  • Review of MyHOA Month-End Financials Packages/Invoice Billings
  • Status of Accounts - Operating/Reserves 
5) Property Manager’s Report (Eydie, MyHOA-Online.com LLC)
  • Compliance
    • Outstanding issues
  • 2021 projects completed
    • Reserve study
    • Audit/review waived
    • Bark and play chips turned
    • Irrigation added under the sidewalk at flanked strips in front
    • Master valve added to bypass major leak problem

    • Mow strip standards published
    • Update paint standards regarding 2nd body color option
